Who is Engrow for?

Online service businesses whose growth is constrained by the sales team. Two scenarios fit: a new high-performing team needs placing and managing from scratch, or there is an existing team underperforming and the opportunity is to lift it. In either case the work is the same — building a sales team capable of converting the demand the business is already generating.

Who contracts the reps and how are they paid?

All reps are engaged as contractors, with each contract held by Engrow rather than the client. Engrow manages the relationship from onboarding through to monthly payment and consolidated financial reporting. The client does not handle rep payroll, contractor administration, or compliance.

What's required from us as the client?

The client maintains sufficient lead flow — paid acquisition, organic, or both — to fill the calendars of the sales reps for the team size agreed. Everything else sits with Engrow.

What happens if a rep we place underperforms or quits?

We replace the rep free of charge, provided the underperformance or departure takes place within the agreed time frame.

How is rep success measured?

We define offer specific KPIs based on lead flow, ticket price, qualification rate, and other funnel performance metrics to create benchmarks that are consistently reviewed as both the market changes and rep performance changes. Reps are then held accountable to these minimum KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

How is your fee structured?

On a case-by-case basis, depending on the company we're working with and whether we're focused on placement, management, AI Sales Ops, or a combination of all three.
