Engrow is operated by StartupScale Limited ("Engrow", "we", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit engrow.ai and submit an application through our website.

Information you give us. When you submit the application form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, website or social handle, the sales challenges you indicated, your urgency, and the budget range you selected.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our partners may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. We also collect URL parameters that identify where you came from — for example, marketing campaign identifiers (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, fbclid) — so we can understand which channels are working.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use first-party cookies and similar technologies to remember your consent choices and, if you consent, to enable analytics and advertising. You control this through the cookie banner on first visit and can update your choice any time.

How we use information.

Who we share information with.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business. Specifically:

• Supabase — to store application records securely.
• GoHighLevel — to manage contact records, communications, and bookings.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure ad performance and attribute conversions, using the Meta Pixel and (where applicable) Conversions API.
• Google — for any communications routed through Google Workspace.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for any purpose other than the ones described in this policy.

Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These can include the right to access the information we hold, the right to request correction or deletion, the right to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes, and the right to opt out of certain cookies.

California residents (CCPA). California residents have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collected, the purposes for which we collected it, and the categories of third parties we shared it with. To request this, email hello@engrow.ai.

Data retention.

We retain application records and contact information for as long as is needed to provide our services to you and our clients, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details above.

Security.

We use industry-standard measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and credential rotation. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure; we work to minimise risk and respond promptly to any incident.

Children.

Engrow's services are intended for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the page; continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance.
